Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare business and individual tax returns to meet federal, state and franchise return requirements. Includes corporate, partnership, S-corporation, and trust returns, as well as individual returns with Schedules C, E, F and H.
- Conduct mid-year tax planning sessions with clients using projected financial outcomes
- Review financial statements and propose adjusting entries to trial balance. Complete light bookwork to assist with client needs for preparation of tax returns.
- Conduct accounting review engagements for contractor licenses and municipal reporting requirements
- Assist clients with debt compliance and other bank reporting requirements
- Recommend tax-optimization and planning strategies for a wide-range of industries and individuals to include retirement plan options, business entity structure and tax election options, and other tax savings plans.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
