Sapphire Rehabilitation seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, particularly in long-term care and memory care settings. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a compassionate environment that prioritizes resident rights and well-being.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to provide effective dementia care and support for residents with memory-related conditions.
- Ensure that all staff members are trained in resident rights and uphold these principles in daily interactions.
- Conduct regular assessments of facility performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Foster a positive culture among staff, residents, and families through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management within a nursing home or long-term care environment.
- Strong understanding of senior care practices, including memory care and dementia care.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Knowledge of resident rights regulations and commitment to upholding these standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $121,070.00 - $147,421.00 per year
