Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to complete PRN nursing assessments for clients in Pitt County, NC
This flexible role allows you to accept assessments based on your availability, making it an excellent option for nurses looking for supplemental or part-time work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial nursing assessments in the client’s home.
- Develop individualized care plans based on functional needs.
- Perform follow-up visits and reassessments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate any client changes or concerns to agency leadership.
- Educate clients and caregivers on safety, home support needs, and wellness strategies.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in NC (required).
- Experience in home care, case management, or community nursing preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Reliable transportation for travel within Pitt County.
- Current CPR certification (required).
Compensation
- $40 per assessment
