Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective residents through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries to generate leads and foster interest in available properties
- Conduct property tours and product demos to highlight features, amenities, and benefits that meet client needs
- Manage the entire leasing cycle from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Utilize CRM software and other technology tools like Salesforce to track leads, follow up effectively, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Develop new business opportunities through territory management, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies to expand community reach
- Negotiate lease terms confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns to attract prospective tenants
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) transactions
- Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer interactions
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities to build lasting relationships
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads through cold calling, direct sales approaches, and marketing efforts
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, optimize sales tactics, and improve overall performance
- Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales approaches preferred but not required
