We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Warehouse Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the organization and handling of electrical components and materials used in construction and maintenance projects while maintaining safety standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of electrical supplies, including conduit, wiring, hand tools, and power tools.
- Inspecting shipments for damaged or missing products.
- Prepare and organize materials for upcoming electrical projects.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Communicate and coordinate with electricians and office personnel.
- Assist in delivery of materials to job sites.
- Organize stock materials.
- Process and document returns.
- Mechanical repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience within an electrical warehouse.
- Knowledge of electrical components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment i.e.-forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Valid drivers license with a Class B endorsement.
- Mechanical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift and move items around the warehouse.
- Pass a background, pre-employment drug screen and Motor Vehicle Record screening.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, day shift, arriving on time. (We only operate on one shift).
