About the Role
We are seeking energetic, professional, and customer-focused Event Bartenders to join our team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional beverage service at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special occasions. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service skills, and can help create a memorable experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event specifications
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Verify guest age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Set up and break down portable bars, beverage stations, and related equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions when required
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to event managers
- Follow all local, state, and company regulations regarding alcohol service
- Work collaboratively with event staff to ensure smooth event operations
Qualifications
- Weekend Availability (Friday - Sunday)
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of popular cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain professional and composed in busy event environments
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Alcohol service certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent) preferred
Schedule
- Flexible, part-time hours
- Primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Schedule varies based on event bookings
Pay: $16/hr + occasional tips *You will not be tipped at each event - tipping is at the client's discretion
Pay: $16.00 per hour
