Provenir Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, value-based primary care organization serving Medicare Advantage patients in Oklahoma City, OK.
This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative care team, excellent work-life balance, and the ability to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to older adults in an outpatient setting.
- Full-time, employed opportunity
- Monday – Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- No Holidays
- No Evenings/Overnights
- Limited telephone-only call rotation
- Dedicated to caring for a Medicare Advantage patient population
- Team-based, value-driven care model focused on quality outcomes
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to an established panel of geriatric patients
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans focused on preventive care and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes and overall wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Previous outpatient primary care experience required
- Active Oklahoma medical license or ability to obtain
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration
- Passion for caring for the senior population and practicing value-based medicine
