We are actively looking for a Service Manager with experience, excellent organization skills, good work ethic, customer service skills, integrity, and someone that has vast knowledge in all aspects of the service business. The Service Manager will work closely with the Shop Foreman, technicians, and customers to open and close work orders, schedule service work, create invoices, process warranty claims and address customer concerns. Responsibilities include Working within the DMS to create ROs, assigning tasks, and invoicing customers. Assisting technicians and parts personnel on a daily basis. Estimating and job progress notifications. Communication skills and general computer skills. An aptitude for explaining complaint, cause, correction with empathy is expected.
Excellent customer service skills and service writing experience is required. Experience in vehicle maintenance preferred.
