Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and recommend AT&T products and services
- Provide personalized solutions for wireless, internet, and connectivity services
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and service
- Educate customers on available AT&T solutions and promotions
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience from start to finish
- Work collaboratively with a team to achieve company goals
