- Loading/Unloading: Driving vehicles onto trailers and securely fastening them using chains, straps, or binders to prevent damage, often involving operating hydraulic systems.
- Inspection: Performing rigorous pre-trip and post-trip inspections of both the hauling truck and the vehicles being transported.
- Transportation: Driving safely, adhering to all traffic laws, and managing route schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation: Completing required paperwork for vehicle condition (damage reports), inspections, and delivery confirmations.
- Customer Service: Interacting with dealers or customers during pick-up and delivery.
