We are currently seeking a full time Batch Maker for a large cosmentic manufacturing company located in Miami Lakes, FL for a night shift role (training will occur during day time)
- Responsible for producing batches of various cosmetic products.
- Completes batch compounding activities as specified through the Work Order, Batch Tickets and Test procedures.
- Complete and record all documentation according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform Product Rework as required.
- Maintain daily log for blowing down the boiler on the second shift.
- At the end of the day ensure all tank valves are closed, the lights are off, and the RO water tank is full or filling.
- Perform all work in compliance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to Chemco’s General Housekeeping Policy.
- Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when required.
- Comply with Chemco’s Personal Hygiene and Health Policy at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have availability to work Overtime and weekends as needed
- Must have previous experience in a related field to be considered for this position
- Must know basic math
Shift details:
Monday- Friday (Possible weekends)
Ability to work nightshift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
