About Dreamland
At Dreamland Daycare & Early Learning Center, children are encouraged to grow, dream, and thrive in a safe, imaginative environment. As a small, community-driven center, we focus on play-based learning, creativity, motor development, and strong family partnerships. Our curriculum is led by our founder, a pediatric occupational therapist, ensuring every child’s development is nurtured through thoughtful screenings and growth-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Conduct developmental observations and offer milestone feedback to families.
- Keep classrooms compliant, nurturing, and joyful.
- Lead and mentor Assistant Teachers, fostering a team-centered culture.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have or be willing to obtain CDA
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
- Clear background check.
- Prior experience preferred.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
