Principal duties include but are not limited to: Answering customer calls, processing orders received by phone, fax, the web or counter sales; assist vendors, manufacturers and other distributors with product information; ensure all relationships with existing and potential customers are maintained by anticipating customer needs and resolving concerns; and maintaining open and consistent communications with customers, employees, and vendors via verbal and electronic methods.
- The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, must possess the ability to learn new software and procedures quickly.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience; the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; pleasant phone manner; proficient computer skills; very strong oral and written communications skills.
- Prior sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of pool and/or spa industry is a plus but not required.
