American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a night shift ICU position in Roswell, NM, requiring 2+ years of ICU experience, ACLS, and a NM or compact RN license.
-
16-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a hospital setting
-
Mixed scope of practice covering ICU, Stepdown, and MS overflow patients
-
ICU patient ratio of 1:2; Stepdown patient ratio of 1:3-4
-
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
-
Every other weekend (EOW) required
-
Floating to Stepdown and MS departments is required
-
On-call is required, though rarely needed
-
EMR: Cerner
-
Scrubs: Royal Blue

13-week contract
-
Active NM RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
-
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start date)

Minimum 2+ years of recent ICU RN experience required

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Valid driver's license required

US Social Security Number required

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position

Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible
-
At least one winter holiday is required to be worked
-
RTO requests must be less than 1 week for the duration of the contract
