As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an IT Service Desk / IT Support Specialist to help maintain and improve the technology that powers our business. You’ll play a key role in supporting our team, managing our internal IT environment and ensuring our employees have the tools they need to perform at their best.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Systems Administrator role.
- OS Expertise: Deep familiarity with troubleshooting and configuring macOS (Windows/Linux experience is a plus).
- MDM Knowledge: Hands-on experience with an MDM platform (Uri/Kandji, Jamf, or similar).
- SaaS Administration: Proven experience administering Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack.
- Networking Basics: Solid grasp of core networking concepts (Wi-Fi standards, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing).
- AI Tooling: Experience using AI tools and assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate troubleshooting, automate tasks, or improve documentation efficiency is a strong plus.

Pay: $24.13 - $29.05 per hour
