RC Health Services EMS Academy is seeking highly skilled EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics who are ready to step into an instructor role that recognizes their experience and expertise. Full-time and flexible PRN opportunities are available at our training center in Austin, TX.
As an instructor, you will be trusted to shape future EMS professionals through high-level EMT skills instruction, delivered both at our facilities and at approved off-site locations. This role is well-suited for clinicians at any stage of their career who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and model professionalism in both the classroom and skills lab. Whether you bring decades of field experience or a fresh, current perspective, your knowledge is valued and students will look to you as a trusted guide and mentor.
What We Are Looking For
- Current EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic certification
- Strong instructional presence with the ability to clearly demonstrate and evaluate EMT B skills
- Confident communicator who commands a room and engages learners
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a high-performing team
