We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and developing individuals with intellectual disabilities. As a job coach to individuals with intellectual disablities you will play a vital role in providing support, guidance, and education to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals by providing support when working alongside your team.
Cameron's Coffee and Chocolates is a small business in Fairfax, VA. We are professional, supportive, and our goal is to employ adults with intellectual disabilities in our professional chocolate and bakery shop. Cameron's was opened in the 2013 under the nonprofit, Every1CanWork. Our mission is to provide meaningful work and training to help individuals become as independent as possible.

**Duties:**
-Provide training and support to help individuals develop skills.
-Train and Supervise a team of 5 individuals with intellectual disabilities and maintain company standards in regards to quality of services to team members and quality of production.
-Write monthly progress notes and annual ISPs.
-Work alongside team members producing baked goods and chocolates.
- Work closely with management and guardians of individuals with intellectual disabilities to provide tailored support.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Ability to effectively educate and communicate with adults with intellectual disabilities.
- Possesses educational background in special needs.
-Relevant experience may include Behavioral Specialists, Special Education experience, etc.
