We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and results-driven Licensed Esthetician who is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin while providing an elevated luxury experience.
The Esthetician is responsible for performing professional skincare treatments, educating patients on treatment plans and home care, promoting medical-grade skincare products, and contributing to the overall success of the Wellness Center through exceptional client care and service.

Customized facials

Dermaplaning

DiamondGlow® treatments

Microdermabrasion

Superficial chemical peels (within scope of licensure)

LED Light Therapy

High Frequency treatments

Facial and body waxing

Other aesthetic treatments within scope of practice

Conduct thorough patient consultations to evaluate skin conditions, identify contraindications, establish treatment goals, and recommend individualized treatment plans.

Educate patients on treatment expectations, post-procedure care, and long-term skincare maintenance.

Recommend and confidently promote medical-grade skincare products and treatment packages that support patient outcomes.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record.

Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and infection control.

Properly disinfect and sterilize equipment and maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance.

Monitor appointment schedules to ensure treatments begin and end on time while maximizing provider productivity.

Assist with patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing outstanding customer service as needed.

Maintain inventory of treatment supplies, retail skincare products, and disposables; notify management when replenishment is needed.

Participate in practice promotions, educational events, open houses, and marketing initiatives.

Stay current on industry trends, skincare technologies, products, and treatment protocols through continuing education.

Meet individual goals related to patient satisfaction, retail sales, treatment package conversions, and rebooking.

Maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with the luxury medical spa environment.

Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

Current Florida Esthetician License in good standing.

Minimum of two (2) years of professional esthetics experience preferred.

Previous experience in a medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery practice preferred.

Experience with medical-grade skincare lines and advanced facial treatments preferred.

Current CPR certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and aesthetic treatment protocols.

Proficiency in performing professional skincare services with excellent attention to detail.
