Entry-Level Case Manager – Auto & Workers’ Compensation
Starting Pay: $13.00-$16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Entry-Level Case Manager to join our plaintiff personal injury law firm. This position will assist with managing both automobile accident and workers’ compensation cases alongside the attorney and paralegal.
This is an entry-level position and a good opportunity for someone interested in building a career in the legal field. Prior legal experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, communicates well with clients, stays organized, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide regular case updates.
- Assist with managing automobile accident and workers’ compensation files.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, adjusters, employers, and other parties regarding case-related matters.
- Obtain and follow up on medical records, medical bills, accident reports, insurance information, employment records, and other documentation.
- Monitor clients’ medical treatment and maintain accurate treatment information within the case management system.
- Assist clients with scheduling and coordinating medical treatment when necessary.
- Track deadlines, appointments, correspondence, and outstanding case items.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date electronic case files.
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with gathering information and documentation needed to move cases forward.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure assigned tasks are completed timely.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients who may be dealing with injuries, financial difficulties, or other stressful circumstances.
- Perform additional administrative and case-management duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- No prior legal experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Comfortable speaking with clients, medical offices, insurance representatives, and other professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, tasks, and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn case-management software and other office technology.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn personal injury and workers’ compensation case-management procedures.
