We are looking for a Welcome Center /Gifting Agent to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences to our guests and clients through personalized promotional programs.

Assemble and distribute gifts for promotional packages and VIP amenities.

Maintain and organize gift inventory and supplies

Collaborate with sales, marketing and guest services teams to fulfill gifting needs.

Ensure each gift is delivered on time, beautifully presented and brand aligned.

Track gifting activity in company software, manage the stock levels and assist.

Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity and attention to detail.

Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service or events (1 year preferred).

Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.

Comfortable use of spreadsheets, company software systems and basic office tools. Outlook, Word and Excel

Friendly, dependable and detailoriented team player.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move between departments as needed.
