Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage territory sales by developing strategic plans to maximize coverage and customer engagement across assigned regions.
- Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management, upselling, and ongoing support.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that boost B2B sales and increase brand awareness.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals by applying excellent negotiation skills while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or industrial products.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and coordinate efforts across teams.
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and direct sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools; proficiency in analysis skills for sales forecasting and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and handle technical sales discussions confidently.
