Twist Athletics Tumbling is in search of class tumbling coach to join the team! We are looking for coaches to flourish in a fast paced and active environment, where they will implement positive coaching techniques to allow for the success in each and every athlete. Looking for a well-organized individual that has a passion for working with children.
Green light USASF and/or USAG will be required.
Essential Duties:
- Teach recreational tumbling and cheerleading classes.
- Teach Team practices (Depending on experience)
- Prepare students for end of session performances each session & competitions
- Communication with staff, athletes and parents in a timely, constructive manner
- Professional Development -- Attend Training, Clinics & Certifications
- Assist with equipment safety checks and equipment set-up/take down
- Communicate regularly with parents about students’ performance and strengths.
- Complete gym opening and closing duties each shift as assigned.
- Class preparations, teaching students, overseeing class check-ins, and basic record-keeping.
- Instruction of safe techniques for skills
Requirements of a Tumbling Coach include:
- Cheer or gymnastics experience.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Year long commitment.
- Professional, outgoing and approachable.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Occasional meetings, camps and clinics clinics.
Make extra income by teaching private lessons and hosting your own camps and clinics at the gym.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
