Plant Manager – Injection & Compression Molding

The company specializes in injection and compression molding with proprietary processes that differentiate them in the market, holding approximately 25% share across North America. With additional operations in Northern Ohio and India, this role offers both immediate impact and long-term advancement potential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day plant operations for a 50-employee manufacturing facility
- Drive a structured plant turnaround focused on efficiency, output, and accountability
- Build and reinforce systems, processes, and performance metrics across production
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor—coaching, engaging, and developing the team
- Partner with leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop into full P&L responsibility over time (prior experience not required)
What We’re Looking For
- Background in injection molding. Prefer if also has compression molding.
- Experience as a Plant Manager, Production Manager, or Operations Manager
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence
- Systems-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and consistency
- Proven ability to lead teams through change or operational improvement
- Desire to grow into broader business leadership, including financial ownership
