- Load and unload materials and parts into machines
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures
- Use basic measuring tools such as calipers and gauges (training provided)
- Perform light assembly, packaging, and production tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, machine operating, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
