Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is great but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Cash handling experience is beneficial for processing transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities.
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- A background in culinary or grocery store operations is a plus but not mandatory.
