Job Summary
Vision Healthcare, LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aides (PCA)/Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide in-home support to patients in need of assistance with daily living. Our team is dedicated to enhancing quality of life by helping patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a caring attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed by care plans.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
- Monitor and report changes in patient’s condition to supervising nurse.
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
Qualifications
- Valid PCA, HHA, CNA certification, or completion of a personal care training program (preferred).
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from patient homes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow care instructions.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
