Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client profiles and recommend suitable insurance products across various categories.
Qualifications
