Our client is seeking an energetic and driven Inside Sales Consultant to join their growing sales team. Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to warm leads and existing prospects
- Build relationships with potential customers and educate them on the value of the company's products and services
- Manage an assigned sales territory and develop opportunities within your pipeline
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that fit their business
- Handle objections, answer questions, and confidently close sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and outbound activity expectations
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching programs
- Collaborate with teammates in a positive, high energy sales environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Motivated by goals, commissions, and performance based rewards
- Ability to overcome objections and communicate value effectively
- Self motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, metrics driven environment
- Ability to work in the Centreville, VA office three days per week
