*Apparel Production Development Specialist (PD) - PRE PRODUCTION*
Job description :
- Manage customer orders(design) from development through pre-production and production stages.
- Enter and maintain accurate style, order, and production information within the company's internal ERP and production systems.
- Coordinate closely with customers to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure expectations are met.
- Collaborate with Technical Designers, Production Teams, and Vendors to resolve issues and maintain production timelines.
- Track critical milestones, approvals, materials, and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor order status and proactively identify potential delays or production challenges.
- Maintain organized records of customer communications, specifications, and production documents.
- Participate in customer meetings and follow up on action items.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution from order placement through final production.
We prefer :
- years of experience in apparel production, garment manufacturing, pre-production, product development, or related field.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
