Our Skin Rejuvenation Center (SRC) is a growing department focused on advanced aesthetic treatments, skincare, and innovative technologies. We offer a variety of treatments including IPL laser treatments, RF microneedling, SkinPen microneedling, CO2 laser resurfacing, chemical peels, DiamondGlow, and other skin rejuvenation services.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Cosmetic Coordinator to join our growing SRC team and help us continue to provide an exceptional patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of treatment and safety.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Cosmetic Coordinator to join our Skin Rejuvenation Center. This position is responsible for providing exceptional patient care throughout the cosmetic experience, assisting with consultations, performing approved aesthetic treatments within the employee's scope and training, educating patients, maintaining treatment documentation, and supporting the continued growth of the cosmetic department.
The ideal candidate has previous hands-on experience in a Dermatology and/or medical aesthetics facility and is comfortable working with cosmetic devices and procedures. This position requires someone who is confident, organized, highly attentive to detail, passionate about skincare and aesthetics, and committed to following established treatment protocols and SOPs.
The Cosmetic Coordinator will work closely with the Medical Director, Clinic Providers, practice leadership, and SRC team to ensure treatments are performed safely, consistently, and according to the practice's established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional and personalized patient experience from consultation through completion of treatment
- Assist with cosmetic consultations, including discussing patient goals, treatment options, expected outcomes, downtime, risks, benefits, and appropriate skincare
- Perform cosmetic treatments within the employee's license, training, competency, and established practice protocols
- Perform and maintain competency in treatments including, but not limited to, SkinPen microneedling, RF microneedling, IPL laser treatments, CO2 laser treatments, chemical peels, DiamondGlow, and other SRC treatments as trained and approved
- Complete manufacturer and hands-on training for additional laser and aesthetic devices as required
- Follow and maintain all Skin Rejuvenation Center SOPs and treatment parameters established by the Medical Director as well as develop new SOPs with new devices.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the EHR following every treatment
- Assist in marketing of treatments and assist leadership in continued growth of the Skin Rejuvenation center
- Provide training and updates to the clinical and front desk support staff on products and treatments offered within the Skin Rejuvenation Center
- Skincare product patient education & sales

Requirements:
- Medical Assistant certification/license OR Esthetician license required
- Previous hands-on experience with IPL lasers, chemical peels, SkinPen, Diamond Glow, CO2 lasers, and RF Microneedling experience preferred
- Laser training or willingness to complete required laser training
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a similar setting strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, cosmetic treatments, contraindications, and post-treatment care
- Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Must be comfortable educating patients and discussing cosmetic treatment options and closing product sales or continued treatment options
- Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to follow established treatment protocols and SOPs
- Must be comfortable learning and operating new cosmetic technology
- Must demonstrate strong attention to documentation and treatment details
- Must be comfortable working independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative team
- Must be committed to patient safety and excellent patient care
