Job Description
Position Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports daily sales and operational activities by managing customer orders, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating shipping schedules, and ensuring accurate planning through MES systems. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, internal departments, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze Sales MES data to ensure accurate tracking of production schedules and order status.
- Process and manage customer purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely entry into internal systems.
- Coordinate shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery in accordance with customer requirements.
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including monitoring stock levels and addressing shortages proactively.
- Conduct inventory counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and distribute materials throughout the company as needed.
- Monitor customer inventory levels and communicate proactively to prevent production delays or material shortages.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and inventory concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports related to customer orders, shipping performance, and inventory control.
- Identify and implement improvements in shipping and inventory processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and shipping regulations.
- Supervise and support logistics personnel, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), MES systems, Microsoft Office, and shipping software.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
