We're looking for an experienced, compassionate Medical Assistant to join our Clinical Support team — someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, and wants to grow into one of the most versatile MA roles in the region.
A Role Built for Someone Who Wants More Than One Desk
This is not a sit-in-one-office position. As our multi-site Medical Assistant, you'll rotate through all five of our clinics across the DC metro area, becoming a trusted, familiar face to patients and providers at every location:
McLean / Tysons, VA
Arlington, VA
Alexandria, VA
Bethesda, MD
Gaithersburg, MD
Rotating across our offices means no two weeks look the same. You'll master every corner of our practice, build relationships with our entire clinical team, and become the MA every office is glad to see walk in the door. Travel between locations is part of the role, so a reliable means of transportation is required; mileage between sites is reimbursed per company policy.
The Schedule: Work 4, Live 3
We believe great care starts with a team that isn't burned out. You'll work four 10-hour shifts per week (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), scheduled between Monday and Saturday. Some Saturday coverage is required — and in exchange, you get three days off every single week, all year long.
What Your Days Will Look Like
You'll be a hands-on clinical partner to our physicians and providers:
Perform phlebotomy — your draws keep our advanced diagnostics running
Administer injections and manage our allergy shot program end to end
Take vital signs and provide direct clinical support during patient visits
Counsel patients and families, communicate physician orders, and champion treatment compliance
Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations
Document patient care accurately in daily logs and medical records
Keep each office's medical supplies stocked and ready
Deliver the kind of service that makes patients feel genuinely cared for

What You'll Bring
Required:
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential
Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program
3+ year of medical assisting experience
3+ year of phlebotomy experience with strong, confident technique
Ability to travel between our DMV-area offices
Professionalism, a strong patient-first orientation, and a true team-player mindset
Preferred:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Background in allergy and immunology
