## Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, Training and customer service
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their experience
- Implement effective strategies for cost control and profitability
- Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and overall restaurant performance
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on achieving all goals as per Marco's standard.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, food handling procedures, and hospitality best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the team
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary background or understanding is a plus
