Mvskoke 4-H Club Coordinator (Adjunct)
Location: College of the Muscogee Nation, Okmulgee, Oklahoma
The Mvskoke 4-H Club Coordinator is responsible for organizing and leading youth activities that promote leadership, cultural knowledge, life skills, and community engagement for Mvskoke youth. The coordinator plans and supervises hands-on learning experiences in areas such as agriculture, STEM, arts, wellness, and Mvskoke language and culture.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate regular 4-H meetings, workshops, and enrichment activities

Integrate Mvskoke values, history, and cultural practices into youth programming

Recruit and engage youth participants and family volunteers

Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Coordinate with CMN Extension staff, schools, and community partners

Maintain attendance records, activity reports, and program materials

Assist with 4-H events, camps, and community service projects
Experience working with youth in educational, cultural, or recreational settings
Knowledge of Mvskoke culture and community preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends
Background check required
