Position: Civil Market Director
Location: Pensacola, FL
Salary: Up to $140,000
We are working with a growing civil engineering consultancy seeking a Civil Market Director to lead and grow their civil infrastructure team in the Gulf Coast region.
This is a senior leadership role for an experienced Professional Engineer who wants real influence over project delivery, client relationships, and team direction.
You will be responsible for guiding civil design delivery across a range of municipal and public infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on stormwater, drainage, and site development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a civil engineering team
- Overseeing delivery of civil/site development and infrastructure projects
- Acting as key point of contact for municipal and public-sector clients
- Driving project strategy, budgets, and technical quality
- Supporting business growth and client development
What we’re looking for:
- PE license (or ability to obtain Florida PE)
- 20+ years’ civil engineering experience
- Strong background in site development, drainage, stormwater, or municipal infrastructure
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
- Strong communication and leadership skills
