Responsibilities

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries with proper phone etiquette, and direct calls appropriately.
- Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports.
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software.
- Foster positive guest relations by providing personalized service and resolving issues swiftly to enhance overall experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with extended stay experience.
- Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and hotel management principles.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
