Job requirements:
- Own the complete sales cycle from roof inspection through signed contract
- Willing and able to climb roofs to conduct thorough inspections, non-negotiable
- Comfortable working outdoors, in the field, and traveling between appointments
- Availability for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in-office training sessions, Saturday mornings as needed
- Strong communicator who earns homeowner trust naturally
- Saturday morning and evening availability for ride along with the team that you build
All of the following will be provided:
- Paid training program using a world class curriculum
- Pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, no cold calling, no door knocking
- Wrapped company truck, gas fully covered
- Flexible schedule and Paid Time Off
- A trained team and system already running, nothing to build from scratch
This is a $120,000 to $150,000-plus position, up to $300,000+ for high performers, with unlimited growth potential.
