Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and light commercial water treatment systems.
- Complete scheduled service calls efficiently while meeting company productivity and response-time standards.
- Document service work, communicate customer needs, and recommend follow-up repairs or maintenance.
- Maintain service vehicles, tools, inventory, warehouse organization, and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare warranty documentation, complete preventative maintenance tasks, and ensure clean, organized worksites after each job.
- Deliver professional customer service by resolving issues, maintaining clear communication, and adapting to customer needs.
- Assist with administrative duties, reporting, recordkeeping, and electronic document transmission.
- Participate in ongoing training, safety programs, and team meetings while supporting continuous process improvements.
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, confidentiality requirements, and workplace standards.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support daily operations and special projects.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires someone who is able to travel by various means (car, van, truck, plane, etc.) and requires mobility, including the ability to walk up and down stairs and ladders, to attend evening events or nighttime travel, move in and around the office, through the parking lot. Moderate lifting (up to 60 lbs.) is required regularly and frequent assisted lifting up to 100 lbs. Clear vision (close, distant, peripheral and depth perception) is needed for office & job site environment and driving. Must also be able to communicate verbally, observe with own eyes and give and receive information through listening and conversing. This position requires the ability to enter and read material on the computer, mobile devices and internet portals. This position requires the ability to drive safely various forms of vans and trucks. Requires frequent bending and stretching. Ability to work in a small, confined areas. Ability to use hand tools as well as power tools proficiently. Ability to work outdoors in the elements (hot and cold) and at heights on roof tops.
