Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members during shifts, including opening and closing the store

Participate actively in daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Provide immediate, respectful, and friendly responses to guest needs

Assist in training new hires and set a positive tone for every shift
