Job Description:
A Confidential Company is seeking a dependable and detail oriented Stockroom Associate to join its growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with previous warehouse or stockroom experience who takes pride in maintaining an organized inventory system while supporting production operations.
The Stockroom Associate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and distributing materials throughout the facility. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Daily responsibilities include unloading and loading trucks, verifying packing lists against received materials, inspecting incoming shipments for damage, receiving inventory into the system, pulling and staging materials for production, delivering materials throughout the facility, performing inventory counts and audits, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
Safety is a top priority. Candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous forklift experience required
Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and material handling equipment
Ability to accurately receive, organize, and track inventory
Experience verifying packing slips and inspecting incoming shipments
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in varying temperatures throughout the shift
Previous warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Only candidates with directly relevant warehouse or stockroom experience will be considered. This is not an entry level position and is not a training opportunity.
