Job Summary
The Housekeeping Office Assistant manages the day-to-day administrative aspects of our housekeeping operations while providing exceptional customer service and facilitating communication among guests, staff, management, and other departments. Applicants must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to work as efficiently as possible. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision. Core responsibilities include managing labor allocations, generating daily reports, coordinating work assignments for housekeepers, and collecting employee keys. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish as well as computer literacy are required, while previous office and customer service experience are preferred. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft word and excel)
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be 18
- Excellent customer service experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Detail Oriented and good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Performs all task in a safe and efficient manner
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
