Estimator / Sales Representative
Location: Dover, NH

Pay: Hourly Base + Commission
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in an estimating and sales role within the construction and building materials industry.
This position will involve reviewing project opportunities, preparing estimates and pricing, communicating with customers and contractors, and following up on quotes to help generate new business.
Responsibilities
- Review project plans and information
- Prepare estimates and material pricing
- Send and follow up on quotes
- Communicate with contractors and customers
- Help identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Maintain organized records of active projects and opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Construction, estimating, or sales experience is preferred
- Comfortable working with measurements, pricing, and project information
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable speaking with customers and following up on opportunities
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
Compensation
This position offers an hourly base plus an uncapped commission opportunity based on sales performance.
