We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and operating the cash register in a retail setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Check and verify identification for age-restricted merchandise.
- Share the responsibility for controlling the inventory while on shift or in the store.
- Assist with the deli as needed, including preparing and refilling food items.
- Adhere to all local, state, federal, and Company regulations.
- Operate shift within Company guidelines to achieve sales goals.
- Complete Company paperwork accurately.
- Ensure the store is clean and Company guidelines are followed.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
