Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to prepare short-term rental properties for guest check-in. The ideal candidate will ensure that all spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming for arriving guests. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare short-term rental units for guest check-in by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, outdoor and common spaces.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning essentials to ensure the property is fully prepared for new guests.
- Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to ensure timely turnover between guest stays.
- Report any damages or issues observed during cleaning to the appropriate management team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks on time.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous.

Pay: $22.42 - $27.00 per hour
