Are you ready to pioneer the integration of Generative AI into enterprise-level workflows for a global financial services leader? This high-visibility opportunity invites you to act as a consultative partner, designing next-generation internal tooling and service solutions that empower frontline teams. By transforming complex contact center ecosystems into highly intuitive digital products, you will directly drive operational excellence and shape the future of employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for contact center workflows to optimize operational efficiency and internal user engagement.
- Partner as a consultative strategist with cross-functional product and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate emerging Generative AI capabilities into the internal CRM and communication ecosystem.
- Formulate data-driven design proposals derived from user feedback and analytics to continuously iterate on service design solutions.
- Translate complex business goals and technical constraints into elegant workflow architectures to maximize crew productivity and streamline digital tool interaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional UX/product design experience, specializing in internal tools, enterprise platforms, or service design.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in designing for complex enterprise ecosystems, with specific exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and contact center technologies (e.g., Genesys).
- Business Impact: A proven track record of optimizing complex user workflows, incorporating AI-enabled features, and delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
- Education & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience), combined with strong consultative skills and fluency in modern collaboration and design tools.
