Position Summary
We are actively seeking a New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will guide customers through the car buying process, helping them find the perfect vehicle for their needs and lifestyle. This position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present vehicle options, explain features, and offer financing solutions
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads and generate new opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle availability
- Work closely with teammates to ensure a smooth, professional buying experience
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong outbound phone skills and customer engagement abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Familiarity with inventory management is a plus
