Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The nurse will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our residents while promoting their overall wellness and quality of life. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a caring demeanor, and a commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

Monitor residents’ health conditions and report changes to the appropriate medical professionals.

Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Educate residents and their families about overall wellbeing, health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and community policies.

Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Exhibit compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of older adults.
Benefits and Compensation

The pay range for this position is $39.30 per hour for RN, $33.85 per hour for LPN. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between the hours of 7:00pm and 7:00am. (CNA, RA, LPN, RN)
