Job Summary:
At Home Matters Caregiving North Atlanta, we prioritize providing the highest standard of care to our seniors, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA PCA or Experienced Caregiver to join our team! As a part-time caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and management
- Assist with meal preparation and daily tasks
- Engage clients in activities and conversations to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Keep accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns to the designated nurse
- Serve as a dedicated and compassionate companion to our clients
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a CNA, PCA, or caregiver
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic towards seniors and their families
- Ability to lift and transfer clients with assistance
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
