TNT Excavation Inc. is a growing company looking for a sharp, self-directed Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our operations remotely. This role spans day-to-day administrative work through higher-level executive support and data analysis — you'll own everything from keeping the office running smoothly to helping inform key business decisions. Hours are flexible and agreed upon in advance.
Responsibilities
- Managing invoices, payments, and reconciliation to maintain healthy cash flow (AP/AR)
- Processing payroll accurately and on time
- Monitoring shared inboxes and flagging or escalating priority items
- General data entry, document organization, and digital filing
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
- Drafting and proofreading routine correspondence
- Pulling and analyzing data
- Preparing briefing materials, reports, and presentations
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable availability during agreed-upon hours
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear and professional written communication
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Proactive communicator with strong analytical thinking
