About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, outgoing people person to join our team as an In-Person Recruiter. Think of this role as a mix between a Brand Ambassador and a Recruiter—you'll represent our company at hiring events, career fairs, community events, and other recruiting locations while helping connect great candidates with exciting career opportunities.
If you're active on social media, enjoy meeting new people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you'll love this role. You'll help promote career opportunities both in person and online while representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
No recruiting experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Represent our company at hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach opportunities.
- Engage with potential candidates and share information about exciting career opportunities.
- Build relationships with individuals in the community.
- Answer candidate questions and guide applicants through the hiring process.
- Generate referrals and promote hiring opportunities.
- Utilize social media platforms to attract candidates and increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure candidates are scheduled and supported.

- Experience creating engaging social media content is a plus
